  • A year training plan is done after initial consultation by phone and/or e-mail.

  • Blocks of training are then planned in 12 week, 4 week, weekly and daily cycles.

  • These are done in consideration of level of fitness, experience, goals and time available to train.

  • Coaching is billed depending on the level the athlete chooses.

  • I prefer to work with an athlete over years on an ongoing basis.

  • 24 weeks is the minimum amount of  time required for any contract.
